Guide to Jesuit Prayer

A form of prayer called Ignatian Contemplation, in which you use your imagination to see and interact with various scenes from Scripture.

AmericaMagazine.org has released a 10-part mini series to guide you through a form of prayer called “Ignatian Contemplation”. To do this, all you have to do is imagine yourself being in an actual scene from the Holy Bible. This way of praying was developed by St. Ignatius Loyola, and can lead to a deeper understanding and closeness to Jesus.

Tucker Redding, SJ, has an article with all the episodes and more information.
